Have you performed a visual inspection of your fuse panel and other areas where wiring may be running behind the dash to see if water has contaminated them ?
It's not possible for liquid gasoline to come out of the tailpipe - however, due to chemical processes that take place inside the engine and in the exhaust system which are too in-depth to explain here, it is very common for water to come out of the tail pipe - especially on cooler more humid days.
