The horn relay is in the fuse/relay box under the hood. There is a round thumb screw on top of the box. Remove it and the relays are listed. The horn is a large rectangle, wiggle it up and out. I think it is listed as # 21.
Not sure which relay you are looking for, but most relays are in the Power Distribution box in the engine compartment. This is a black plastic box with a removable lid. The underside of the lid will give a location for each relay circuit and also fuse locations for a variety of other circuits.
In the trunk, in the rear corners, you'll see some plastic "caps" with tabs on them, similar to wing nuts. Remove those, and the taillight comes right off the back of the car. That will allow you to replace the bulbs.
