you have fuses there and in the van by the drivers side instrument panel.
here's how to change,
Fuse — Main Fuse Junction Panel
NOTE: The MAIN and ALT fuses are high ampere cartridges that are held in place by screws, which must be removed in order to replace the cartridge. For removal of the MAIN or ALT fuse, refer to the procedure in this section. Always replace a blown fuse with a new one having the same amperage rating.
Removal

Remove the appropriate fuse panel cover (14A003).

Pull the fuse straight up from the fuse junction panel (14A068). If the fuse is a cartridge-type, carefully pry the clip, then pull the fuse straight up.
I would also check relays, including inhibtor relay. relas have a relese tab.
