Well even though you had the rotors turned, they still could be warped and causing the car to shake at a high rate of speed when the brakes are applied. My suggestion is to replace the rotors asap.
Possibility of the ball joints worn, this will add to pulsating when the brakes are applied, or if none of the above a wheel bearing.
Before replacing the disc rotors remove the wheels and check the discs for run out with a dial gauge if ok. check that censors for the brakes are not damaged one on each side of the rotor, also check the ball joints on the front wishbone .
