SOURCE: 1991 Buick Century Drivers door Power Window switch.
Motor which runs when u press the switch has loosened connections or is not functioning
Get it checked
SOURCE: driver window will roll down but the passenger and rear wont
The first thing that I would do is check for electricty at the motors them sel and work your way back.If there is elec. at the window motor it's self susspect a motor problem.Remove the motor to see if it spins (but it dosen't me its good it could be week)next check for binding in the window mecanism.

Replace the Driver side window switch. These have a corrosion issue.
SOURCE: 2003 Buick Century - window problem
I've had a similar problem with my 2003 Buick Century. In my case, the driver's side front window one day went up and would not come down. I knew that the switch was malfunctioning by sticking in the up position since the window continued up despite the fact that Iet off the switch when the window was half way up and it continued going up. I had to pull over and pull the master switch assembly from the door panel and unplug it to prevent the window motor from being damaged by the constant power feeding it after the window was up. Basically, it would have burned the motor out. I cleaned the switch and it now works fine most of the time. I still need to replace the assembly. Not sure this is the reason in your case. I would check the back window and see if it goes down with the switch on the back door panel. If it does, then you are having problem with the master switch assembly on your front door panel. Moisture from rain from the window being down during rain or dirt may have corroded the switches' contacts.

I would see if the haynes manual or chiltons manual has specs for the driver (main )switch so you can test ressistance. Sometimes when they go bad they can show up in one door, also verify voltage to the side rear window switch, as well as ground , the wire colors and location should be in the manual also, if everything checks out there start leaning toward the motor ,in that case you need to trace wire colors as well as schematics (manual), and bypass the switch to the motor directly this should identify yor culprit. hope this helps chris
