Unscrew the gas cap, wait 30 sec and screw it back on making 3 clicks/cracks. Should be ok in a day or two.

Variable Valve Timing , is an engine feature but is not a problem

I had check engine light and TRAC OFF. OBD-II MIL code was P1133 which is Air Fuel Ratio Sensor Response Malfunction and scanned by AutoZone. After disconnecting the battery for 10-15 minutes, the lights went off. I cleaned the gas cap and tightened it firmly. For the last 400 miles, the lights have not come back. When scanning using Snap-on one, no code was detected. I think gas cap was the reason for the lights.

Took it to Lexus and they replaced a oxygen sensor on the firewall for $410
my "trac off" and 'check engine" light recently came on and won't go off. What is the problem? It's a 2001 Lexus ES300
prob the senser iether replace it or you can do what i did its a pain but saves a ton of money take the hoses that go straight into your throttle body and spray carb flud straight into your throttle body then you have to let it run for a while after you do this because it can cause your accelerate to get stuck and thats the arm with a metal wire on it if that does get stuck simply push it back down.
