What happened to my info took me to heater switch????

Look up check for clogged cat on youtube. Could be a coil braking down.. could be a egr problem.. could be IGN Module.. DO not replace these things.. there are tests that can be run.. Orellys auto parts can test them for you.. If the "bucking" is ign related it should set a code for engine missfire. A long shhot is grounds for the fuel injectors..each injector has 2 wires.. one power from the computer and one ground.. there usually grounded somewhere on the intake manifold or firewall.

Air and heat blower will not come on. 1998 sonoma 2.2l

start by checking fuse. if fuse is good, aquire a test light, check the test light on the battery to make sure the test light works. Power to ground = light. access blower motor under pass-side dash panel.(probablly have to remove underdash cover, secured with pop-in style fasteners.) locate blower motor. 2 wires w/connector Purple-power, black-ground. check for power at purple w/test light on known good ground, with ign on, and blower switch on high. if it has power, hook clip of test light to a power source, ( + on battery w a jumper wire) and probe black wire, with test light. if no light, jumper that wire to a good ground. if it lights, you have a bad b-motor. if no light on power side of blower motor, and fuse is good, check power to swith. blower circuit may have 2 fuses. 1 for high and a 2nd for the lower speeds. if switch has power to it, and power is transfered to another wire when switched, suspect the blower motor resistor. 95 GMC 2.2L 4cyl motor, crank to cam timing, is it a belt or chain? Going to buy a Sonoma p/u that sounds like it has jumped it's timing.

It is a timing chain, no mileage posted, it is hardly a timing chain have seen those eng well over 180k miles and still running with erraticll timing course, but most possible is a ignition module at fault. Hope it helps

I have a 1998 4-wheel drive gmc sonoma truck 4.3 eng. my 4-wheel drive stopped working do you have any idea what happen?

it could be a vacuum line leak, or the vacuum actulator, also check to see if you have oil in the vacuum line under the truck if you do it would be the vacuum switch on the top of the tansfer case.
