I have a 1995 SW Accord. When I turn the car on ABS light goes on and than off. That's OK! Driving the car for acouple of minutes or hours the ABS light remais off. That's OK But if I turn the car off and than on, ABS light stays on all the time. What is the solution?
Read the FSM?
read the TSBs?
car off then on, you mean starting,
and the only difference is the time off, ?
the abs glow, key on?, is self test passing, if you flip key fast and drive it crazy , you are the problem. let the poor thing finish its tests, key on, then start car.
the tests are in the FSM read it, ABS is complex.
ill try to look up 95, on line.
the 95 ABS has its own diagnostic jumper plug
did you jumper it and see if there are any DTC error codes, flashing out.?
the FSM page 19-68-70
see those flow charts, did you follow it?
did you see the list of 10 causes, for lamp stuck on? (not DTC)
one is alternator stuck on. charge lamp on, running.
here you can look for free. RTM,

Hi,
The problem is the solonoids inside the modulator are stuck, all you need to do is!!! Clear the code, than drive car while no abs light is on than lock the car a few times on wet road. The will help to free up the solonoids. Do this about 10 times, brake fluid is the only parts needed!!! Call me at 302 529 7888 if you like!!!

I watched a video on resetting the airbag indicator for HONDA civic. It seems a simple thing to do. have a look at the video. It may be helpful.

the abs module could be the problem but they also had common problem with rear speed sensor harness breaking at the connector by the front of the left rear wheel

Hello. This indicates that you have a bad sensor or a problem with the antilock braking system [ABS]. If your brakes no longer pump themselves when you make a quick stop you know that the antilock braking system is not working. If they still pump, the problem is more likely in sensor to the ABS system. Joe
