Hot soak failure.
all fails of this type are caused by only 3 things (4?)
1: lost electrical power to the EFI system, (kills spark/fueling)
2: lost spark.
3: lost fuel or too much called flooding
even a bad engine. some engines lose compression hot.
the tests have not changed since 1920 , tin lizzy days.
ill not rattle through them here, its in everybook published on topic
and on every car repair forum , in the world.

It gets pretty hot in there, and although hardly any manufacturers specify replacement intervals for oxygen sensors, they play a critical role in providing the ECM with acurate data for best running performance/economy. Change it, as the savings in NOT changing it will be soon eroded by increased fuel usage.
