The nozzles are just clipped in, a pair of plyers or 2 screw drives (flat head type) will get them off. have some hot water ready to put the nozzles in so you can take the pipe off. sometimes just a needle down the jet hole can clean them out put sometimes it just make's it worse later on. some people take the pipe off the none return valve and **** on the pipe, but doing this can choke you if the part in side comes loose and goes down your throat. so that is upto you if you want to do it that way. also to stop pipes blocking up only use windscreen wash has its own cleaning stuff inside and no tap water that can have particles inside that will block the lines.
If possible, try emptying the fluid reservior and then refill it with about 4-6 ounces of white vinager from a grocery store and try to pump that through. It may take a short while before it works through, but shouldn't be more than about 20 - 30 seconds. If in that time you have no luck, then it may be a much more serious clog.
If it does start pumping through, then fill with more vinager (another 4-8 ounces should do it) to further clean out the lines. Afterwards, you can flush the lines with just water to get the vinager out, but since most window washer fluids are vinager based, it's safe to skip flushing it out. What causes them to get clogged, are cleaners that contain forms of wax, to cause water to bead off of the windshield in wet weather, such as Rain-X, or fluids which have heavy detergents or de-icing chemicals.

the windshield washer pump might be bad. It should be located somewhere on the reservoir

If it shoots from the pump without lines connected, then there has to be blockage somewhere. You mentioned you blew the lines out, did you blow directly back through nozzles themselves?

Hello,
It is comon for the washer fluid pump to fail. I would also check the bottle for leaks it is comon for the battery to leak and damage the pump and the bottle.

The nozzles are clogged. With a needle or pick, clear the blockages from the nozzles. Make sure you disconnect the hoses from the back of the nozzles before cleaning and reconnect them afterwards.

Sometimes they route the line wrong and it gets pinched. Follow the line and check to see if maybe it is pinched or cut.
