06 Honda ridgeline won't start. it wont even click to turn over. but all the lights inside and the windows work so its not a dead battery. just in case we tried to jump it but no reaction. signs are showing that its not the starter but does anyone know anything that could be goin on? we think it could be something electrical but we tried everything.

Check your starter relay. It should be in fuse box in engine compartment.

SOURCE: RADIO CODE FOR '06 HONDA RIDGELINE

You will need to remove the radio from the das, and get the numbers off the back of it. Then you will need to call a honda dealership with your vin number and the numbers off the back of the radio. they will be able to get the code for it. The reason being, is for security, like if your radio was stolen a thief couldn't just reactivate it without the proper info.
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: honda ridgeline key fob program

If it is a factory keyless system than you do need it done by the dealer, but if it is an after market system then reply back with manufacture and model.

2007 honda ridgeline radio light inop

there are many lights, name one.
there are back lamps. and the park/dimmer lamp. and the LCD lamp
and or ? other ;lamps
name just one.
radios have 3 power sources (and 4th is ground)(
1: power. (makes the whole radio and all audio work)
2: park/dim (back ground lamps) turn up the dimmer knob.
3: memory. (stores station you like)

if all other inside park./dim lamps work (can be over 20)
and the radio lamps are dead, then they are burned out.
that requires, removal and repairs.

06 pontiac grand prix wont start no clicking when you turn the key over even jump starting the battery, has dash lights & radio & parking lights. battery tested good. put a used starter & altinator on

Used parts such as starters and altinators don't last. It might **** but it sounds like you need to buy a new starter, altinator, and battery. Or just start with buying one at a time.

My 2009 Honda Ridgeline won't start?... Everything seems to be working but will not start. You can hear a lot of clicking sound. Please help as soon as you can... Thank You in Advance, GENE...

Is it only clicking when you turn the key and you are not hearing the engine turn over?
If that is the case, it is either the starter, the starter solenoid, or the starter relay.... unless your battery or battery connections are bad.

An "old school" test....

Turn on the headlights and turn the key. If they dim out to nothing, either the battery is dead or the battery connections are bad.

If the engine cranks.....

A quick "old timers check"... Fuel, spark, air.....

Fuel- tank not empty, gas is getting to engine? (you need somebody who knows a little about cars to check this)

Spark- again, you need somebody who knows a little about cars- pull a spark plug wire and connect it to an old spark plug, allowing it to lay on a piece of metal. Crank the engine and see if it sparks... HIGH VOLTAGE!!!! DO NOT HOLD IT!!! IT WILL HURT ALLOT IF YOU DO!!!!

Air.... Is the air filter clogged? Hold it up to some light and if you cannot see light through it, it is bad.
