P0300 is a random miss fire , a vacuum leak can cause this as well as low fuel pressure ! weak fuel pump , clogged fuel filter !

The fuel pressure sensor is located on the fuel line. The fuel pressure sensor monitors the fuel pressure in the fuel line. The fuel pump flow control module (FPCM) monitors the voltage signal from the fuel pressure sensor.
You don't say what make , model an year vehicle ! These are for GM vehicles , yours could mean something else . Except the first three , those are genaric codes , same for all makes ! CODE P2099 IS DOWNSTREAM FUEL SYSTEM 2/2 RICH.POSSIBLE CAUSE EXHAUST LEAK - ENGINE MECHANICAL PROBLEM - O2 SENSOR NO 2/2 HAS FAILED OR SIGNAL CIRCUIT OR RETURN CIRCUIT PROBLEM. FUEL CONTAMINATION.
p2238 is the oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor #1 which is up stream in the exhaust manifold. My manual is showing that the current control crcuit is low. p2245 is the same sensor, showing that voltage circuit is low. Replacing this sensor should fix the problem.
