I have a 07 sxt and it loses power or goes into limp mode often. This is how I reset mine
1. Turn key over til dash lights are on. Do not start.
2. Wait for all lights to disappear.
3. Depress gas pedal slowly counting to 20 all the way to the floor and hold it there
4.keep gas pedal held to floor and count to 20 again
5.slowly release gas pedal again count to 20.
6.turn key off
7.take key out of ignition
8. Wait 10 minutes and start.
WORKS FOR ME
What about the coil packs? Do you have a check engine light on? If so take it to an auto parts store and see if they will scan your vehicle for the codes.

Engine light on? sounds like EGR valve the cross pipe from EGR to air intake plugs causes them to idle rough if eng light not on soon it will surface! good luck hope this helps!

P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected P0354 Ignition Coil 4 Control Circuit P0204 Injector 4 Control Circuit You need to check injetror wires an coil wires .If good, The new coil my not be good. The Injector my be bad. If good it the ECM Check all fuses.

A multi misfire may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wires, Faulty coil (pack), Faulty oxygen sensor(s), Faulty fuel injector(s), Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages, Faulty camshaft position sensor, Defective computer.
The engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wire, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the the problems were faulty fuel injectors.
Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open.
Good luck and hope this information helps, keep me posted, be glad to help you get the truck running 100% again. Not sure if your running a K&N air filter, and if you are there may be a flim of oil on the MAF sensor that is making you run lean. You may want to spray down the MAF sensor with a can of MAF cleaner.

Maybe check the flex plate. I had a 94 concorde with a similar problem. Scanner said it was the cam and crank sensors. The flex plate can get a crack around the bolt pattern which allows it to shimmy when running. throwing off the cam and crank somehow as the mechanic tried to explain to me.
