Yes it would be easier for sure. Is there no blank cavities in your panel . If worse came to worse, you could simply run one from battery, through hole in firewall by steering or brake pedal, then connect fuse in line. Have you ever tried scotch clips for attaching to another positive wire?

check the fuse for the power outlet in the interior fuse boxes on the sides of ur dashboard... between the door and ur dash, there are 2 fuse boxes on both pass and drivers side..remove the pop out panels... they are just held in by clips..
Fuse 23 in the underhood fuse box, it is a red/green wire going to the combo switch, leaving the combo switch it changes to a red/black wire. All the illumination controlled by the combo sw. is a red/blk wire. Let me know if that helps, Honda Al
