Battery cables? If so the short black cable with one end bolted to the inner fender near the windshiel goes to the negative or ground battery post...marked on the battery as NEG or/and - .

The other battery post clamp is for the positive post on the battery marked + and/or POS.

There should be no other cables unless someone has installed a radio amplifier or other power operated items. If so, these will go to the POS + post.

I changed ignition switch, solenoid, and my batterys good, starter s good wont start

You give no information on the type name, model , engine of the vehicle. When you say ignition switch are you referring to the switch or the cylinder.. You must give specifics inorder for me to help you.

How do you change a headlight in a 2008 HD 2500 diesel

ohh the 08 diesel is a little tricky , this is because the dual batterys make things tight to reach , if you can possible get your hand down behind the batterys then using a 1/4 turn counter clock wise movement the bulb retainers will come out and the wires do reach up over the batterys , if however you can not reach behind them , then im afraid they have to come out , keep in mind your trans settings and all your learned codes will be lost (plus your radio settings ) when all the batterys are removed
don't forget to re apply a nice silicone Non harding type to the _o- ring seal around bulb or first rain there gonna go out again , and as with most bulbs never touch them with your bare fingers , or get any thing else on them either , use a dry tissue or new tee shirt to handle the bulb

Went to turn on my heater and got no clicking sound to ignite the fire ? have changed the batterys for new but still not clicking

you will need to let us know what your heater is. car , home, RV, or is it a portable unit?

sounds like whatever it is, your igniter is either not getting power or is burnt out, I would check for an inline fuse 1st. if that is blown, replace it with the same type fuse. for instance, the inline fuse on my home gas furnace is a 10 amp fuse, located in line on a red wire inside the cover of the furnace.

My ford fitted sat nav system has stopped working batterys in controller leaked fitted new batterys but still not work any suggestions please

Try cleaning, scraping the battery contacts and then put a little petroleum jelly on the contacts and reinstall batteries. If they leaked a bunch then you may have a copper trace or a wire corroded in two.

My keyless entry remote stoped working after i changed the battery in my car so i changed the batterys in my remote also now

If you change the battery, and don't plug a 'memory' saver into the cigarette lighter, the result may mean that you have to take the vehicle to the dealer to have the keys and fob programmed to the computer, again.

Charging system

If you have changed the alternator and regulator, about all that could be left would either be a short circuit that is draining current away, or a bad ignition warning light bulb. That is because the power to energize the field of the alternator, comes through this dash bulb.

No power after changing gas fuel pump for 91 chev

You have a short to ground. What that means is,you have a power wire...............that is grounding on the vehicle somewhere,or possibly back in the fuel pump. The fuel pump theoretically could be shorted internally causing the problem. It also could be a wire or wires back where you were working possibly got pinched.Disconnect negative battery terminal until problem is solved.
