If fuse keeps blowing that means that there is a shortage on AC wiring or switch controlling the air conditioner.
Also an abnormal power draw from AC caused by an internal fault on AC can cause the fuse to blow. Test wiring and switch with a voltmeter, the most common is that there is a short to ground between wiring and car body somewere.
I agree, i was almost in the same situation couple days ago. there is a shortage somewhere you need to disconnect everything and trace the fuseI agree, i was almost in the same situation couple days ago. there is a shortage somewhere you need to disconnect everything and trace the fuse

Is the 4th digit of your vehicle's VIN an "N"? If it is an "N", it looks like the IGN SW BATT 1 (fuse#5) powers up the powertrain control module (PCM), body control module (BCM), and instrument panel cluster (IPC). If your PCM ACC fuse G (10 amp) and IPC/BFC ACC fuse J (10 amp) in the left driver side fuse block in the dash are not blown, then you have a short circuit to ground in the wire between the IGN SW BATT 1 fuse in the underhood fuse block, and the ignition switch in the steering column. This would be a thick red wire. A short circuit to ground means that this wire somewhere has rubbed through and is touching metal. Find the short, repair the wire, and you'll stop replacing that expensive 40 amp fuse :) Unless... someone has tapped into the wire (amplifier or stereo?) and is pulling way too much current through the wire, in which case the fuse would be blowing out. The correction for a blown fuse is NEVER to install a bigger fuse. You risk overheating the circuit and possible fire. Always find the cause of the short/overcurrent.
I found a fuse marked AC BFC which powers the ac compressor clutch and the body control module. No AC BFD. The wiring diagrams do not give the fuse numbers. Your owners manual should list all of the fuses and what they control.
Stop changing fuses. There is an overloaded / short circuit connected to the fuse that is blowing. You must locate and clear the source of the fault before continuing. Repeated fuse changing only causes more damage - especially if you increase the size of the fuse. I don't know what "icp/bfc" stands for - but you should contact an automotive electric specialist or purchase the wiring diagram for your car at an automotive supplier to assist you with following / tracing the wire(s) to find the fault.
FUEL GAUGE FUSE IS THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CONTROL FUSE WHICH WOULD BE IPC BFC AND ACC FUSE.YOUR PROBLEM IN THE FUEL TANK.YOUR FUEL LEVEL SENDING UNIT NOT WORKING. PROBLEM NOT FUSE BECAUSE YOUR FUEL GAUGE IS WITH THE WHOLE CLUSTER CIRCUIT.IF FUSE BLOWED NONE OF THE GAUGES WOULD WORK.
I had a voltage regualtor sticking in an alternator once that done the same thing. The alt worked fine but the reg would stick causing a dead battery try unplugging the alt. when the car is idle and see if the problem goes away
