Recently bought a 2000 Dodge Intrepid 2.7L, ran fine for the first few weeks and about a week ago started having an issue with it starting. It would take a few moments for it to turn over and actually start the engine. Now when I tried to start it this morning it wouldn't start at all. Lights came on when I turned the key but nothing happened with the engine. I've already had spark plugs changed, oil, filters, etc.
First of all, check your code to see what the car computer shows. To do that , insert the key in the ignition and switch it on three time within 2 seconds and the third time live the key in the on position. All the instrument panel lights will lite and the oddometer will display the fault code that may br the cause for your car not starting. goood luck.
