I had similar problem. Do the warning lights on the dash come on? If not your problem is in ignition switch. Turn key back and forth until check engine, air bag and other light come on. You may need to tap black part under key hole. Replace ignition switch.
Find fuel test valve in fuel rail on top of engine. Take cap off valve. Turn key on. Push down valve with screw driver. fuel should squirt out. If not check fuse fuel pressure relay and bad wires. If fuel does come out, remove a spark plug from engine. Connect plug wire to plug. Ground plug against engine. Crank over engine and look for spark.

You may have a problem with the contacts in the ignition switch (not key part), when you crank the engine a signal is sent to the fuel pump to run, when it starts and you let off the key another set of contacts keeps the pump getting power Through a relay), these are known as crank and run modes.

It sounds like you have a security problem, I had the same thing it would fire and run for half of a second and then that was it if anything at all. Had the security system rebooted, now it starts and runs fine.
