IF it rolls over its not the battery. I would suspect fuel pump or ignition. The ignition has a theft deterrent built in. It will shut down and not work. Try unhooking the battery for 5 minutes and then hook it up and try starting the truck.

Its cold battery is charged dash lights come on and all bells and whistles are going off but no turn over of the engine

Possible starter problem or power supply to it. You can try tapping on the starter with a blunt object ( tire iron etc ) while holding the key in the crank position. If the vehicle starts, the starter will need replacement

Neutral safety switch if automatic, Or Clutch safety switch if manual. Hope this works for you. If its Automatic place in neutral and try and star it.

Immobeliser kicked in when battery died

Three possible cures for your situation. Start with the least complicated. BeCM basic reset.
-Disconnnect the negative lead from battery.
-Put key in ignition and turn to second position (all on)
-Leaving the driver door open, return to engine compartment and replace the negative lead
-Close the hood
-Back to drivers seat, all the bells and whistles should be going off
-Turn the key to the starting position. Turn it over.

TIP: You MUST HAVE a healthy fully charged battery for any success resetting the immobilizer.
If no help then we are on to the (emergency key access) EKA door lock method.
Good luck with the simple solution. Message me direct if unsuccessful and I will forward the detailed EKA procedure.

I got bells and whistles, but it won't start

can be a million things causing the problem, you will need to ether have it towed to a reputable shop that can do a "no start " diagnostic or call a "we come to you" tech people to do the same.
These cars are fully computerized and when 1 part goes bad it can cause others not to work...

Driving home from church today and my radio in my 2003 Ford Escape just shuts off, Thought I had a ghost. Got home turned it off. Tried to start it up again, nothing. All the bells and whistles go off but...

Sounds like you have a problem with your charging system.
I would have the battery load tested and have the alternator tested also for proper output.
This can be done by your mechanic or auto parts store.
If you are a AAA member they will come to you and perform those test at no charge and install a battery if needed for a fee.
You can also try to jumpstart the car.

Won't turn over

You probably need a new battery. Starting takes a LOT more current out of the battery than the dome lights, etc.

The last couple of batteries that failed on me gave me no warning.
