Jun 26, 2006 - tcm is located on left quarter beside/under battery. Conects to tranny on top right back side of tranny. pain in the but to get to imo.

More here, but the TCM is not something you say "I think I'll put a new one in my car". You need an auto electrician or a transmission specialist to connect a scan tool computer and diagnose. The issue is more likely shift solenoids than the TCM.
