Why do you need a wiring diagram for a O2 Sensor? They are 4 wires and when you replace the sensor, you get a OEM. If you are going to get a Universal, it comes with a wiring diagram (GREY go to WHITE) and Black to Black
Haynes or Chilton manual should have the wiring diagrams. Your local library might have the right repair manual where you could make copies of the wiring. No such thing as a colored diagram, but any wiring diagram would have all the wires color-coded. Good luck. The wiring on your '68 would be super-simple compared to today's vehicles.
