The shifter moves the shift arm so I know the shift cable is good. The car runs great but won't move. When you change the gears the RPM of the vehicle does change. I was driving the car when I turned a corner the car stopped moving and wouldn't move in any gear. Car runs fine.
If you're finding it difficult to service/repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mechanics and all.
Plus i know a website that has very good manuals online,
without expiry i.e. for lifetime.

I had the same problem. The interlock was not the problem. I had the shifter replaced (at my own expense because drive train warranty would not cover). After examining the old shifter discovered source of problem is a plastic cam on the front of ths shifter. A tiny PLASTIC ear which connects to a small spring had broken off. I repaired this by putting in a small screw where the ear had been. Incidentally, my tow truck driver had also seen the same problem on several Chrysler 300s. In my estimation this is a poor design on Chrysler's part.

It sounds much like failed linkage which is better than about anything else you checked.
I recommend procuring a Haynes or Chilton manual for your car.
It will not only help you locate the source of your current misery but serve you well in the future too.
They are available at about any auto parts store for ~$20 US

I had the same problem after my car went into a transmission shop for some service. This might be the solution, it was with my car. Check the transmission shift cable. When mine finally failed, it was filled with rust.
You may be able to simply lubricate it somehow with something like WD40, but I'm not sure if it would work. If all else fails, you can have the shift cable replaced, which is what I had to do with my car after driving it for 2 years with that problem. By then I had worn out and warped the shifter and had to replace that too, as well as drive it around for a week without being able to get the transmission into park.
Good luck! If you have to take it to a shop, just tell them that your shift cable is going bad and you want them to make sure.

Check the output sensor on the transmission,
With out a speedometer the transmission does not know how fast you are going or when it should shift
Testimonial: "Simple but prudent comments led to a perfect and inexpensive solution. Thanks!"

Do the old additive method before you give up....................add one and a half cans of `Sea Foam TRANSMISSION TREATMENT' to it and follow directions. Sometimes that can of stuff is AMAZING! don-ohio
