Bench test the radio. attach the red wire to a 12 volt + (pos). Attach the yellow wire to the 12 volt +(pos) as well. attach the black wire to the 12 volt - (neg). If it does not turn on, it is defective

the radio has a 12vdc power fuse loose some have inline fuse and is split open(holder) and loose in the socket. if all is dead check fuses.
most all the cars come with a manuel in the glove box with all the specs and fuse locations andproper fluid amounts if you do not have the manuel let me know and I will get it for you I am not near my books now Good Luck
My guess, relay would do all windows. Cables may have gone inside, rusted or tangled. Not keeping finger on button too long, can you hear the window motor when button pressed? If so, motor is good and points to cables.
