Heater is controlled by a fan switch located in your dash panel, a resistor and a blower motor. If the fan is not working the first place to check is the resistor which is located behind the dash panel in the plenum. The way to check this is remove the plug and insert a jumoer wire, if the fan runs the resistor is bad.

Locate fan relays most likely in plastic box under hood & pull them if you have 2 pull them both. You cant drive without them in will overheat. But wont hurt to drive with them on.

I have a 2006 BMW 650i and my fan has not been comming on Can somebody help me with the exact location of the fan relays???

If your talking about the heater fan, there is a resistor by the blower motor. I don't know for sure about your car, but most are under the passenger side dash. Remove the kick panel and you'll see the blower motor. The resistor is right by it. Before I remove it. I pull the blower plug and put power and ground to the blower , Just to make it isn't the problem. 95% of the time it is the resistor.

3 of the 4 fan modes wont work, the only one that works is the 4th one. I think its a fuse. Which fuse do i change?(2006 TDI Jetta)

Certainly check the fuses, but I think your problem is caused by a faulty blower motor speed resistor module.
This unit is usually located in the blower fan air ducting (in the fan air flow).
Unit usually able to be unpluged/unclipped for replacement.

A short in my fuse relay panel

Better to change the panel entirely with all terminals machine soldered...cost effective too......sodeep

2001 Jetta Blower Fan totally stopped

Did you check all fuses after replacing everything? If you did not disconnect battery while replacement you may have blown fuse.
Good luck.
