SOURCE: Clunking noise while turning/hitting bumps

Hay I would check your sway bar in the front .The bal may have came out of the seat located under front wheel well. Also they could be just loose. Check by rocking your jeep side to side .

It could be lash in the differential which is normal, but it could also be a loose u-joint in the driveshaft. Check the rear driveshaft u-joints.

SOURCE: Load clunk from under my 2003 Jeep Wrangler when going over bumps

You need to get the vehicle up on a hoist. It can be any number of things like a broken muffler mount, gas tank strap, undercarriage spare tire, and even a loose rear bumper. Shock absorbers could be worn out, a broken leaf on a spring, etc.

These are just some of the things possible.
