All are controlled by the ECM computer. I would suspect a bad ground. But wiring could be the culprit also along with the big connector in back of the dashboard. Poke around.
check along bottom edge of dash cover for screws, sometimes there are a few at the top as well...generally once they are removed the dash face will pop off with moderate pulling. Once off, you can access the light switch easily. (you may need to remove the lower cover to locate dash screws)
you have short between the radio and the interior light.
you need to get a diagram of the electric system and trace it out.
if you pull the fuse for the interior light, and run the CD what happen?
