I cant diagnose the rest of the issues until i can get a starting vehicle.
Pull the driver's kick panel, the panel under the steering wheel and steering column cover. Remove the aftermarket alarm. Most are T-tapped into factory wiring and can be unplugged. If they did a poor job installing it you may have to cut it out and solder factory wiring back together. If the alarm is the cause of the no start, it's usually a bad connection near the ignition switch.

I had this problem 3 years ago, and it turned out that my battery would not fully charge. A low battery (still charged enough to start) was triggering the alarm all the time.
I got a new battery and it was fixed.

there is no "override switch" if there was, anyone could steal the car. if its a factory system, you will need a dealer to print a diagram and part of the service manual to diagnose it.
