Toball capacity of 50

We have a Honda CRV 2003 and have found the towball capacity is only 50 and we are thinking of buying a caravan and have been told we need at least a towball capacity of 120-150!! We didn't really want to change the car but if there is no other way out of this problem, looks like we may have to and we have only had the crv for 12 months. Any ideas?

You should be able to buy a heaver rated tow bar

all the vehicles i have ever had there have been about 3 different rated tow bars

Honda CRV 2007 Diesel PGM-FI Light comes on whenever a trailer is connected to the towing electric hook up, have a feeling it is something to do with a poor ground on the trailer as it has happend numerous...
I also have made similar experience with my CRV-2007. I made the warning light disappear by taking off the battery power for some hours, starting up and driving a short tour with the car.
