Hi:
You can do some basic tests to check for fuel. A simple one is to take off the gas cap, and have someone listen for the pump to run for a few seconds when the key is turned on. you can also remove your fuel filter or check for fuel pressure with a fuel pressure guage too. Often you can get a guage loaned to you from the auto parts store, for just a deposit.
The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank and is accessible once the rear seat cushion is removed and, the filter is located Under vehicle, driver side, below seating area,
driver side of fuel tank, mounted on frame in fuel
line.
it is located in side ur fule pump and ur going to have to draing ur tank and take down ur fule tank down and disasemble the gas pump also try ur fule filter
This definitely sounds like a fuel pump/filter issue. Good news if it's the filter, it's only about 10 dollars to buy a new one and about 5 minutes labor, including jacking up your car.
Fuel pumps cant be a pain in the arse at times, others are fairly easy. Best way to determine if it's the fuel pump, run over to Canadian tire and pick up an ohms meter. Test the fuel pump that way.
