I'll Assume you're talking about CEL codes, so here you go:

You need to count number of long flashes and short flashes to find out the code.
SOURCE: I have a 1993 Honda
If it is the original radio in the car, I believe with the VIN number, they can tell you the radio code. Worst case is you would have to remove the radio to get the serial number off the radio; with that a dealer can tell you the code. Once you get the code, turn on the radio, then punch in the code on the memory buttons. If you mess it up more than 3 times, you have to leave the radio powered for an hour before attempting it again - so be careful!

First have a qualified Technician find out what code is stored in the PGM FI system.
SOURCE: i need the unlock code to the radio.
Find the 5 digit radio code or remove the radio to get the serial number. A Honda dealership can get you the code if you have the serial number.Or they can get both.
