The passenger is a bit tricky since the oil dipstick is in the way. Use a swivel socket and short extension to remove the bolts.

SOURCE: changing spark plugs

look under hood..you will see wires coming from distributor cap on top into your motor..if its an 8 cylinder there will be 4 in the back and 4 in the front.6 cylinder-3 in front 3 in back.get a 5/16 spark plug wrench and socket.you will need extension to reach back ones.if you bought new wires from parts store it will be even easier to find where plugs are located because you can compare the ones you bought and easier find the wires under the hood.the wire gets fatter as it goes into the motor.grab the fat part firmly and pull it off.boom theres your spark plugs.use your spark plug socket(5/16) with extension/ratchet and turn the plug until it comes out.do not break the plug or it will not come out.when you put a new one in screw it hand tight then 1 crank tight with the ratchet.when you change your wires do them one at a time as to avoid switching the wires up.on top of the distributor cap(where the wires lead to) there will be numbers as to what wire is for what cylinder...change plugs/wires 1 at a time dont take off more than 1 wire at a time!hope this helped!

SOURCE: SPARK PLUG INSTALLATION ON 2006 DODGE CHARGER 2.7L

In my experience with the 2.7L engine, the spark plugs are located on the top of the engine below the individual ignition coils. The coils are placed between the intake manifold and the valve covers, 3 per side. The coils are held in with "torx" screws. Simply remove the screws, and disconnect the connectors to remove the coils. The spark plugs will be underneath. Be sure to properly gap the spark plugs for maximum life and emissions compliance. Also, an improperly gapped plug can shorten the life of the coil packs.
Hope this helps!

2006 Charger, 3.5l. Where does this plug in?

it may well not connect to anything, as all manufactures use the same wiring loom for many different model versions, and as each version has different features eg A/C , headlight washers etc as an example .Is there any problems with the running of engine or any OBD codes if not then i'd expect it isn't used on your model

Where is a 2006 dodge charger throttle position sensor located

should be on the passenger side of the throttle body. If you look under the hood, where the throttle cable is attached to the drivers side of the throttle body, it should be on just the opposite side of the throttle body.

2006 dodge charger 3.5 change spark plugs

Step 1: Disconnect the negative wire to the battery. I did this to be safe.

Step 2: Disconnect the oxygen sensor from the air intake. Do not pull from the wires only pull from the boot. Be careful not to break the sensor either

Step 3: Pull the tube connected to the left side of the air intake off then remove the air intake.

Step 4: Disconnect the map sensor and all other electric components that are attached to the manifold

Step 5: Disconnect the cable that is connected to the throttle body (you do not have to take the throttle body off of the manifold to do this).

Step 6: On the left hand side of the manifold there are 2 manifold support brackets loosen them up but do not take them off. When they are loose just pull the top part of the bracket that is connected to the manifold back and off the screws. .

Step 7: On the right hand side of the manifold there is another support bracket that is connected to the throttle body. First take off the screws then where the support bracket connects to the cylinder bellow the manifold loosen the two bolts until you are able to slide the bracket out of the way.

Step 8: On top of the manifold there are six bolts unscrew them.

Step 9: Important! Before you remove the manifold to get to the spark plugs be very careful and remove the manifold by lifting it straight up and then pull it towards you slow. The reason for this is because there is a valve connected to the manifold directly in the back that you do not want to break. The tubes that are connected are long enough so you can take the whole manifold and place it to the right just out of the way so you can get to the spark plugs. (before changing the spark plug it is recommended that you take compressed air and blow away the dirt surrounding the spark plug area. This is done so that no dirt gets into the combustion chamber when you remove the spark plug.)

Step 10: Once the manifold is out of the way disconnect the electric connectors that are attached to every spark plug. Pull them from the boot of the connector.

Step 11: Unbolt the spark plug tube then pull it straight out and then with the spark plug socket unscrew the spark plug and replace it with a new one (repeat 6 times).

Step 12: After the spark plugs are in on the left hand side of the engine in the back you will see a tube that says pcv. Remove the tube from the engine and unscrew the valve and replace it with a new one.

Step 13: Put everything back and you are good to go.
Once again thank you and I hope this was helpful.
