Raise your hood, and look to the rear of the engine compartment, at the base of your wiper arms, on the firewall.....you may have to remove some sort of plastic cover to gain access to it.....

The wiper motor should be located right along the firewall right below the windshield. There should be four screws holding it on.

The fuse for the wiper motor on a 1985 Buick LeSabre is located in the fuse block under the left side of the instrument panel. It is marked "WIPER" and it is a 25 Amp fuse.

The motor for the wipers is located inside the windshield frame. you need to un hook the frame from top and remove bolts holding windshield frame up and fold windshield down. access doors on bottom of frame.
