The dash light are probably incorporated into one fuse with other thing on it....look carefully at the fuse panel, or on the back of the cover, for a diagram.....it may just say dash, instead of dash lights....

Where is the starter relay in a 99 mazda 626 - car wont start - it was hard to get out of Park this morning could this be related to the transmission?

I looks to me that there is either problem with shifter or possibly transmission. Not being able to remove key is a sign that shifter in not fully in park position and key trap won't let you to remove it. That also will prevent.you from starting because almost all cars.with automatic transmission allow.for.start in park and neutral position

We have a 2002 Mazda 626 the tail lights and dash lights are not working. There is no fuse in the fuse box inside the car for these lights. What could the problem be?

you may have the wrong light bulbs in the rear. Take them out one by one and look at the bottoms. Make sure they are the correct lights. If the bulb only has one pin, make sure the reciever is only one pin. Sometimes when the wrong bulbs are bought and installed, lots of weird stuff will happen. As far as the fuse box goes, double check your listings. These lights definately have a fuse(somewhere in there)
