Instant NO REVERSE, Chev 700R4 tranny.

You blow out the planatarys in Reverse, having fun. Now you can pull the unit and rebuild it. You should have to do it yourself,to learn what damage you did. I mean rebuild it yourself.

Check the exhaust flow coming out of the tail pipe. The catalitic converter could be cloged. Also renew the fuel filter every 35000 miles.

If your geo is losing power ,first thing to do is a comprision test .
if its testing any thing below 100 psi you may have to replace the piston rings.

I have the same problem, you need to change de oil transmission or try an additive for aut. trans that resolve the problem for a while, but is almost most better changing de oil.
