The relay is located in the power distribution box under the hood the relay will be a square black or gray cube just pull out and make sure you rerplace it with the same type relay. refer to your owners manual for any questions regarding the fuses and relays

the relay is located down by the radiator on the left hand side. it is actully a cooling fan module and is a solid state relay so therefore can't be ohmed to check for continuity.it is about 2" square and is attached to the frame.

I have s 2001 Chrysler town and country just replaced the radiator and now two months later I'm getting a p1491 how do I resolve this issue

Check fuse for fan relay in fuse box under hood. If fuse is good then you need to replace fan relay sender to pass your inspection.

My 2001 Chrysler town and country failed inspection for emissions code p1491 what does that mean

you should check the Radiator fan control relay circuit,it is located under the hook inside the fuse box. Check your fuse first.

2001 chrysler town country ex 3.8 v-6 how to put on a radiator fan relay? what does the relay look like?

the radiator fan relay does not look like a relay at all. on this car is a solid state relay meaning there are no moving parts. it is a black plastic box with small metal rods sticking out of it in a grid (for cooling). it is located on the metal bumper (not the one you see from front of vehicle, the one behind it) you can get to it by removing the grill or just taking out the top screws and pulling it back.

Low speed fan relay for the 2005 chrysler town and country

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.
