Please help me where should i go and what is the cost of my repairs and i don't want to see any more repairs in future as this car is very good cond. and i am really not interested to sell it.
I see this is an old question but will try to help you if you are still having a problem.
my first thing i would have you look at would be the flesher as all lights are working but just not flashing, the flasher is located behind the dash on the right side of the steering column. try replacing that first
SOURCE: Turn signals flashing rapidly
This fast flash is caused by a burnt out bulb in the front or rear.

replace the front oil seal. first i would clean the engine with purple power (degrease etc.) then look at the engine and make sure the leak is not coming from above like possibly the valve cover gasket or from the oil sending unit. try to tighten the bolts on the valve cover and even the oil pan. you never know, you may get lucky. i don't know where you are but front seals are cheap but the labor on the job is what costs you.
