How do you replace serpentine belt on 2006 lincoln ls
It's old question, you might find it out already.
If not, here is pictures and diagrams.
It might be two different routing.
Mine is limo which has two alternators.
try to see which is yours.
(red was mine with two alternators. original is black in diagram)

also you may know how to loosen serpentine by insert and turn 3/8 drive ratchet (just ratchet without any socket) to tensioner pulley if not, here is picture (I use 3/8 ratchet + pipe).
Picture was taken after 2nd alternator removed (around upper hose)

Can't get the new serpentine belt on my 2003 town car
you will need a belt tool, to relieve the pressure from the tensioner, then the belt will install easily. there should be a belt routing diagram on the radiator shroud cover.

The routing schematic for the serpentine belt is usually found on the fan shroud. But, if yours is missing you may contact your local lincoln dealer to see if they have the decal for that vehical or that engine.
