Remove the glovebox door, and the under dash cover/trim panel.
Look behind where the glove box was, you will see the heater box
At the bottom of this box, there is a round plate with a wiring connector and 3 screws holding this plate to the heater box.
This plate is the bottom of the heater fan assembly; remove the connector, and the 3 screws. The fan motor will drop staright down. Real easy to do.

This code means the O2 sensor is showing the fuel control system is biased to lean air fuel ratio, the cause of this is most commonly a vacuum leak like a discopnnected engine vacuum hose or poor sealing of a vacuum hose, the other area's to check are intake manifold leaks, also this can be caused by a defective O2 sensor (Toyota calls them Air Fuel Sensors) in the exhaust system in cylinder bank one exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then the cover for the mirror housing should pop off and you just need to remove the bolts holding the mirror on
