Where can I download an English version of the manuals free.

Found this in Note Owners Manual, hope it helps.

Language set-up mode
In order to enter the language set-up mode proceed
as follows:
1) Make sure the audio unit is switched off.
2) Press and hold buttons 1 and 4 simultaneously.
3) Press the power button and the radio will switch on.
4) Release all the buttons and the display will show
LANGUAGE.
5) Press the << or >> button and the language
setting display will change as follows:
ENGLISH ? FRENCH ? GERMAN ? ITALIAN
?DUTCH?SPANISH?POLISH?ENGLISH
Once the language has been set, switch off and
switch on again the audio unit by pressing the power
button.

use manual, where you can find that in the main computer (LCD panel) menu option to set-up language

do a language tranlation go to
http://www.worldlingo.com/en/products_services/worldlingo_translator.html

then look for the word Sprache it is german for language once there do a reverse translation of the section online and print it's bit of a pain but it can be done

Hi , it is posable to change the language on the display , it can be tricky to change , unless you can translate german , other than that you should be able to visit a dealer to solve this problem . regards mark

If all other text in the display is in English then you may well have the German language CD... nip to yr local dealer and ask them to check the CD serial or model number against there database.

hi you need to take it to the dealer to have it scanned. There is a way to fix it with the buttons on the dash. But you need to know German if not the dealer can fix it and it wont cost much to get it fix. hope this helps
