Fuel pump fuse up after jeep is running for 30 min or so under driving conditions it will idle fine but as soon as I move it burns up if the jeep has been running for while so I unplugged the fuel pump and it still burns fuse #19 then I pulled fuel pump relay (all relays new by the way) and fuse turned key ton on position just before starter engagement put #19 (20amp fuse) back in and fuel pump relay back in and will start then it will eventually burn again if I drive it for to long and I will have wait for cool down
I have seen the power distribution box connectors for the fuel pump relay and fuse on the underside of box get hot and short out. need to remove box and check. If no signs of melted connector. you will need to locate the short. It will be a short to ground. on the power side. also you will need to check to see how many amps your fuel pump is pulling when pump is running.

its seem like it would be the ecm because it will run but im not sure if its fuel pump motor going bad maybe its putting out to much resistance or maybe the ecm is getting hot and glitching out

no signs of melted connector and if where a short than why doesn't it burn imeditaly. it will burn up if i dont go through the process of removing the fuse and relay than turning key to on position befor putting relay and fuse back in . if i try to replace the fuse with the relay it burns so what i'm asking is can there be a problem in the PCM
