Hwy has patches of ice on it. Every time I drive over then off a patch of ice the car kind of feels like the back end wants to come around. Never notice if both tires are on an icy patch. And is more noticeable if passenger tires are going over ice then if just the driver side is going over an icy patch.
I'm not sure that you have a problem. When tire adhesion varies from side to side, the vehicle stance will often change. In your described situation, the passenger tires have dramatically reduced adhesion and the drivers side do not. A bit of a sway to the right would be normal and expected. It's rather like only the drivers side wheels are moving the car.

You have a bearing or a brake problem. Either requires the attention of a good repair shop or a dealer.
Bearings may need to be replaced or lubricated (no expert here); if brakes, it is likely warped rotors which will need to be replaced and do the pads as well. Prepare for a $200-300 bill.
SOURCE: SRS Air Bag System Warning Light
I really have to advise you to visit a dealer, whenever your airbag light comes on, it could indicate a computer problem, and can possibly be dangerous. Sometimes an airbag can deploy for no good reason, and i'm sure you know how frightening that could be. You should atleast get someone to hook it up to a diagnostic machine. Thank you, and sorry I couldn't tell you more.

Have you checked your struts? Sounds like either lose or failing. Also recheck lower ball joint and control arms, although that will also be felt in steering. Good luck and have a good day.
SOURCE: Adjustment of headlights...how to
There is an adjustment screw for the headlight located on the headlight housing. You should just have to turn it clockwise (I believe it requires an allen wrench) and that will raise the light beam higher. If you need further assistance let me know.
Thanks and enjoy,
Lee

loose bolts somewhere in the front end? you have had lots of work done there. wheel weights can fall off or a rim can be difficult to balance?

given the forester in the question is brand new I'm going to assume its still driving on the all season tires and that was simply the awd system having a hard time finding traction on ice
either you have all season tires on or your new to subarus. the awd is front wheel drive biased on the newer models this will make the back end 'feel' loose as the front will be pulling it along
