Fuse box diagram (location and assignment of electrical fuses) for Dodge Ram / Ram Pickup 1500/2500 (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009).

Not good fuses to blow. you need to find out why?

Here are your dash warning lights. The lightning bolt is Electronic Throttle Control, and you can't drive without that. Not sure that your sail and sun is unless it is the Cold Ambient Derate Mode Indicator
You need a local auto electrician. you can't guess stuff like this, it needs a pro grade scan tool computer.

Check the fuse in the instrument panel junction box, left side of dash panel. Tan color box, power outlet 1 or 2 15amp fuse.

you need to check if you are getting power to the horn by using a test light, if there is no power at the horn check the fuse,if the fuse is OK maybe the horn is faulty & needs replacing...hope this helps.....cheers

I would still think it is a fuse...how did you check if the fuse was ok...try a swap with a spare one?

Check wire loom coming through to door at hinge end of the door from pillar, and see if you have power going that far to switch. Not uncommon to find a worn, cracked, or broken wire in that loom where it bends constantly with opening & closing door.

There is a 25 amp circuit breaker (may look like a relay) in that circuit as well. Either under hood in power distribution,fuse/relay box or under dash usually.

yep its the ignition switch.check all fuses in power distribution center.if they ok.its the switch.

Replace the 15 amp ACC fuse that is in the fusebox under the dash. See if this eliminates your problem.

All the fuses have been checked. One fuse was blown but it was the 20 amp power outlet, I believe for the outlet under the cig lighter.
