Sounds to me like the securtiy is still working. You didn't deactivate it, you just removed the control module. I would contact randash, and see what you need to do to disarm, discard your alarm.

Testimonial: "I completely removed it and re wired it all back to as it was before the device was in it.Then found a gps one in glove box and removed that. The truck should start, its exactly back to as if I had just bought it from a dealership. Why will it still not start if there is no other device in it? Both completely removed. How would I go about reseting the trucks own actually security system? Just unhook the battery overnight and plug back in?"

SOURCE: 1999 Chevy s10 starts and dies imedately.

The wonderful GM passlock has your fuel shut down. Try putting your key in turn it on dont start it wait 10mins and turn off remove key wait 10 seconds repeat this 3 times a total of 30mins. If that dont work try it with a different key. If that dont work your ignition switch needs replaced and only a dealer can reprogram the new keys. Good luck, counting my kids I have 5 Gm products like this and 3 of them have caused the same problem. I have been able to avoid the dealer with the above procedure

SOURCE: 1999 2dr chevy tahoe security light flashes truck won't start

The security light is a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM. (Theft Deterrent Module) The TDM is what tells your computer that the correct key is being used and that it is "OK" to allow the vehicle to start and run. These 3 parts must be in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending important signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, even just for a second. When the signal breaks, (normally due to a failing/broken part) the car goes into antitheft mode. The car misinterperates this and thinks its being stolen or hotwired because it is NOT getting that signal from YOUR specific key. There is where the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle. So basically, if that light is on, your system has some sort of failing part. This can start as an intermittent "no start", to your vehicle not running for days at a time, to the vehicle NEVER starting again. The problem is electrical and computer based, so don't count on an easy reset button, or the problem fixing itself. The hard part is isolating which part is the problem. You can spend a thousand dollars through a mechanic very easily. I have had great luck with bypassing the entire system. This way the problem will never return. It actually CAN'T ever return because it is eliminated. This can also be done yourself at a much cheaper cost. Read through this link very carefully. You'll find alot of information and pictures, along with ways to help you fix this.

My 1987 Mazda b 2600 2bbl, there's no spark from coil.

If there is no spark coming from the coil on your 1987 Mazda B 2600 with a 2 barrel carburetor, there could be a few potential causes. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the ignition control module: The ignition control module is responsible for generating the high voltage needed to create the spark in the ignition system. If the module is faulty, it can cause a lack of spark.
  2. Check the spark plug wires: The spark plug wires carry the spark from the ignition system to the spark plugs. If the wires are damaged or not connected properly, it can cause a lack of spark.
  3. Check the spark plugs: The spark plugs are responsible for creating the spark that ignites the fuel-air mixture in the engine. If the spark plugs are worn out or damaged, they may not be able to create a spark.
  4. Check the ignition coil: The ignition coil is responsible for creating the high voltage needed to create the spark in the ignition system. If the coil is damaged or not functioning properly, it can cause a lack of spark.
If none of these steps help resolve the issue, it may be necessary to have the ignition system checked by a mechanic or repair shop. They can test the components of the ignition system and determine the cause of the lack of spark

It is possible that the black wire that is connected to the little black box on the side of your distributor could be causing the lack of spark in your ignition system if it is broken or not connected properly. The black wire likely carries a signal from the ignition control module to the ignition coil, and if it is not functioning properly, it could prevent the ignition coil from generating the high voltage needed to create a spark.
To troubleshoot this issue, you will need to repair or replace the broken wire and ensure that it is securely connected to the little black box on the side of the distributor. You should also check the connection between the little black box and the ignition control module to make sure it is secure and functioning properly. If the issue persists after repairing or replacing the wire and checking the connections, it may be necessary to have the ignition system checked by a mechanic or repair shop to determine the cause of the lack of spark.

Fuse box location

BMW fuse boxes are generally located in a little drop-down shelf that lives in the glove box. Open up the glove box and look on the "ceiling" of it for a little toggle that allows the fuse panel to fall down. 913c60f8-cbcc-475c-acc6-7aa3337dbcc8.jpg

Glove box door flaps all the way down when I open the glove box.

Look up inside the right or left side of the dash where the glove box closes. There should be a screw that holds stop your talking about. Re attatch it. Unscrew the screw. If broke then use a small nylon strap n secure it to that screw n to the place on the inside of the glove box door.

How to put on the front seat release handle

There's a little steel clip that usually falls out and into the back of the seat trim, reach under the back of the seat and pull the trim strip down to loosen the rear trim and it will either fall out or you have reach in and fish it out! This clip goes onto the top of the stalk that protrudes and you push the handle back down over the stalk with clip.

Sounds like wheels are going to fall off---even more so when i turn

I almost bought a 2000 blazer and you know why I didn't?? Because of the complaints about the front end, one guy said he bought ball joints by the dozen, the truck would eat them up. Tie rod ends by the box. Everything about the front end was bad. Check your ball joints. I ended up with a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder, so far, it has been a great truck.

We replaced the car's battery and now the dash board lights blink

Under the dash on drivers side is the black box for the security system. If you look on the box there is a little red button. Push the button for a couple of secounds and it will click and stop your marker lights and dash lights from flashing. It is a stock anti theft part of the security system. Hope this helps.

Security alarm

Look under the driver side seat for a black box, with several wires going to it. This is the controller for the security system. Please do NOT unplug the wires. You car will NOT start if you do. Advise if the box is there, and I will provide info to disable the system.
