The best place to look is actually on the back of the fuse cover it should have a diagram of the fuses and say what each fuse goes to and what size fuse it is

Power seat is on a circuit breaker, not a fuse. Bcm control depends on options in vehicle. Usually not bcm controlled

Front passenger power seat quit working

Check the fuse located underneath the drivers side steering wheel. Flip over the plastic fuse box cover lid and you will find a diagram that shows what fuse controls the seat. Replace that fuse with the same number fuse.

My 2004 gmc envoy seat heaters do not work. There is no power to the switches as neither driver or passenger lights come on when buttons are pushed. What could the problem be. I could not identify the fuse...

Check Fuse #8 in the rear underseat fuse box, this fuse is also used for the power seats. The problem could also be the heater control module (located under driver's seat), a broken wire in the harness or loose connector under the seat. If it is not the fuse, then you will have to remove the driver's seat to check things out.

Where is the fuse for the door locks on a 1996 chevy 1500 series

For 1996 Chevrolet 1500, the fuse block door access is on the drivers side edge of the instrument panel. Pull off the cover to cover to access the fuse block. Check the position 13 (Power Amp, Cigarette Lighter, Door lock Relay, Power Lumbar Seat) and A position (Power Door lock, Six-way Power Seat, Keyless Entry Module).

Other details can find in the 1996 Chevrolet 1500 - Owners Manual

Hope this help (remember rated this help).

Power seat on drivers side of 1996 buick park ave. wont go in reverse every ting else works ok

Chances are one of the motors has gone out. There are 3 motors for each of your power seats. One controls the forward/backward motion, one controls up/down/tilt, and the third controls the reclining seat back. In my '95 model, there is one fuse for the seats under the driver's side dashboard. There should be a diagram inside the fuse panel cover denoting which one controls the seats. Hope that helps!
