DRL's can be added simply by adding a 20 amp fuse into an empty slot in the fuse box.

Check to make sure your parking brake is not partially engaged. If the parking brake is engaged even to one click off from the released position the DRL module will be disengaged. Also there may be a problem with the parking brake position sensor which is responsible for determining if the parking brake is partially engaged.

I haven't done this to my ridgeline, but I did it to my 1992 accord. You can have any auto radio shop add a wire from the aux input on the back of the factory radio that comes out in a hidden place, like one of the little storage places under the radio. Just plug it into your ipod and push the XM/AUX button on your radio, and you're good to go. Should cost under $100.

4WD only operates when gear selector is in L and under 18 mph. the rest of the time your 4Wd will activate automatically if the front wheels start to spin,

Just hard wire the lights into anything that is hot when the car is running. If your looking for some kind of alternate solution please let me know. Also did you want them on also when the headlights are off? You can also hard wire them with a switch inside the cab and that way you can flip the switch whenever you would like.
Thank you,
Lee
