You can see if you have a blown fuse in seconds using my method!
Don't waste time searching for the exact location, just check them
all. You can find it by pulling out each fuse one by one. Don't mix
them up, replace each one as you go, make sure to look at each
one. You may even find you have more than one bown fuse! If you have some needle-nose pliers, they work very well, most times you can use your fingers. Here are a few pictures if your unfamiliar with what your looking for:

SOURCE: Lowering convertible top

You have to pull down the visors and release the top handles to free the top. Hit the button enough to raise the top slightly and put the handles back in the closed position. Then you can put the top all the way down. There is a built in safety feature, where the window go down slightly as the top starts to open.

SOURCE: The horn on my 2006 sebring is going out. Is this a major fix?

It is located behind the right headlight assembly, remove that, one mounting bolt, and wiring harness, and it's out.
If you need anything else, let me know.

2008 Sebring convertible horn won't work is there a fuse for this?

disconnect the battery and check the wires that connect the horns. If corroded, clean them up with crocos cloth. Connect the battery back up and try again. If they don;t work, disconnect one horn at the terminals and set the multimeter to VDC on the lowest setting and have someone press the horn. If the needle deflects, they your horn driver is (speaker) blown and you'll need to find replacements. There are usually two horns; one high octave and one low. Some cars have a fuse for the horns. Even if it looks good, replace it as it sometimes hard to tell.

I have developed a short in the horn on my 2005 Chrysler Sebring convertible. I would like to disconnect it but can't find it under the hood. Do you know where it is located? Do you know a safe way for me...

You can do one of two things. Remove the fuse to the horn, if it has it's own fuse, or under the bumper in the front, you will find two horns (a high tone and a low tone), that has a Green wire with a Red tracer on it. Wiring colors on Chrysler's haven't changed much since 1960. A Haynes Manual for your vehicle is of utmost importance in working on your own vehicle now a days. The Haynes Manual you need is a #25040 available at most part stores. (so you can call around to see if they have it in stock). In the back, it has wiring diagrams as well to help you chase wires throughout your car as well as any major or minor repair...along with pictures provided throughout the book.

I hope this helps you,

2005 sebring convertible- horn goes off by itself for 30 seconds

FIrst off the horn's ground works through the steering wheel,so the wire is bare or the end is broken and grounding in a place where it should not. You will have to check the wires for the horn from the fuse box up to the wheel.
your power feed to the headlights and the door locks has an open ( the power is not connected somewhere ) Perform a wiggle test turn on the headlights and lift the hood, find the power distribution box and begin to wiggle the wire harness.Sometimes the chrysler fuse box under the hood get loose inside the power distribution box,it will have to be broken down all the way to the heavy wires comming out of hte box,you can tighten these connections your self.
