1996 Mercury Sable I need a diagram for the interior fuse box. I don't know which fuse is for what. The previous owner of the car threw away the owner's manual.

It's not in the interior fuse box . Under hood in engine compartment fuse box , F1.18 20 amp .

Your owners manual should have this info. If you don't have an owners manual, you can go to,

Scroll down the page, click on owners manual, It'll ask year--make--model. I believe the fuses start on page 125.

Our fuse box diagrams are in the owners manuals, these only go back to the 1996 model year which is very differnet from your 1991

Hello, to get the complete wiring schematic for 2000 Mercury Sable need to contact the dealership or auto electric companies that specialize in auto electrical systems.

Now, if don't know which fuse is which then look in your own manual or on inside of the lid for the fuse box. American auto manufactured do use relays for some circuits and where they are located on any automobile is the preference of auto makes.

You auto manual should have a diagram of the fuses and what each fuse represents. If not then purchase an auto repair manual of your specific auto. GB...stewbison

in your owner manual and usually in fuse panel. You have a fuse panel in car and under hood.

if you have an owners manual there should be one in there but if not it should be under the cover to the fuse box also there is one under the hood of the car as well
