SOURCE: need to find part # for a shorter serpentine belt

First of all, make sure back of belt is well away from pulley your by-passing, and if it's 3.0L not DOHC engine, it looks like your path from power steering to crankshaft, instead of AC compressor might come awful close to rubbing. If your convinced it will work, use a piece of string, go usual route, then new route, and subtract distance difference form original.
The length of the belt is usually part of the part number. For example: it calls for say a 4060855 belt for your car. The 855 means 85.5" long. The guys in parts store should be able to fix you up. If your string tells you it's 6" shorter, then get part number 4060795.

SOURCE: need to no bypass belt for 2002 ford taurus 3.0 u engine

You do not want to open that can of worms. Getting a belt to do that is simply guesswork, and if the thing does not get routed correctly, you will have pullies that are running backwards, which can cause all kinds of problems.

Here is a better solution: A company named MOTORMITE makes pully assemblies that are designed to replace the existing A/C compressor. You simply remove the compressor and this pully assembly bolts on to the compressor mounts. It allows you to not only route the belt correctly, but also allows you to use the belt that the vehicle was originally equipped with, eliminating the guesswork involved in trying to find a belt that will be the right length and have the correct tension to run things.

There is one of these available for your Taurus. It is Part Number 34166 and lists for $39.99 on the AutoZone web site. Click the direct link below to go there and check it out.

How to bypass AC compressor for a 2008 Ford Taurus X limited 3.5L motor

That's not the way you do it, you remove the AC Compressor and fit a Bypass Pulley in its place. The belt and routing remain the same.

A/c condenser bypass

The AC condenser does not run on a serpentine belt. if you mean the AC compressor, the answer is yes, but there is a special pulley you need to buy to replace the compressor. You can buy it at autozone or online. It is Dorman part number 34166
