check thatbthe hazard switch hasn't been pushed because most jut activate all 4 lights when the indicator is used

glo plugs from the spares department
take the details of the engine to an accredited specialist diesel repair shop as they may be cheaper there
have you tested them individually first to see if they are working

TCC solenoid could bad or the button could be bad, or the ECM could be bad, along with wiring. when you pull the fuse the transmission shifts with pressure. Hard shifts at higher RPM's. Needs to be scanned( which does't do to much) and checked with a volt/ohm meter. Since it still goes to OD, Your transmission is still working. You have an electrical issue.

check for air in the fuel system
If you did not bleed the system after replacing the filter that will be a fair bet.

Start with 3 quarts, then add until it just touches the end of the dipstick, run the engine until the ATF is hot to the touch and then top off to the marks between high and low..

Follow the positive lead from the battery this will lead you to the starter motor. + positive

try changing all the heater plugs there are warn out by now,,if it realy dont like starting up on cold days do what i do,,, give it twice the heat up time,,,,,
turn on the kye wate till the heater light go's out then quikly switch it off and turn it back on for a re-heat before trying to start it up,,,also try changing the glow plug heater relay,, it should hold the glow plug heaters on for about 30 seconds after the light has gone off even if the engen has started and is running
but i bet its not doing this? giving twice the heat takes less out the battery than cranking it over and your not wearing out the starter as well?
doing this to my old girl gets her going every time!!!!!
