1st and 2nd gear vibration, as truck speeds up, shake/vibration goes away
This is probably a bad u-joint(s) crawl under the truck engine off and in park and on a flat spot, twist the drive shaft if it clunks at all or has some up down or left right slop the joints are shot and will need replacing. And yes the u-joints will cause a drive line vibration that seems like a transmission issue it goes away with speed as the shaft will spin fast enough the vibration will become only a hum.

It is an internal trans problem. I build transmissions for a GM dealer. It is going to be the input carrier, forward sprag, and 3rd/4th clutches. I have seen several. Get it to your dealer. That truck has a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. That includes the trans. Good Luck.

It could be the U joints in your drive shaft. If there is no problem to the transmission as to it's performance other then the squeaking noise in revers or slow speeds. Most likely it's going to be the U joint, the factory U joints don't have grease fitting and only have a life time of service.
The u joints may have reached it's life time and need to be replaced. You have two of them and most of the time it's just one that goe's bad, but changed them both since the drive shaft needs to be removed from the truck.
Good luck and hope this helps.

my friend you are having valve body problems, the 1-2 shift acumulator valve is probably stuck, you have to service the valve body or replace it

The more I learn about these solenoids, the more we can say that these trans shops may have lied to us from the start in stating the need for rebuilds...
Read up on all the different easily replaceable solenoids in the trans...
SHIFT Solenoids,
Kick Downs,
TCC,
And a few others...
If you don't normally get the trans service done on your truck, it will be more prone to damage...
So spend the money in preventative maintenance than to suffer from these headaches and then still spending money to have it repaired, and taken for thousands instead of just barely a $100 bucks worth of solenoids...
